  EXECUTIVE SESSION — In compliance with Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, Council will convene into a closed session to discuss the following: • Deliberation Regarding Personnel Matters • Discussion regarding appointments/reappointments for the quasi-judicial boards and commissions (City Plan Commission, Civil Service Board, and Zoning Board of Adjustment/Building and Standards Commission) Attention: Meeting Attendance/Viewing City Council meetings are available for viewing via live stream on-line and on-demand at www.cor.net/citv .Cablecast viewing of City Council meetings for U-verse and Spectrum customers is temporarily unavailable due to a fire which damaged Richardson City Hall.
