The council will hold a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 4531 to grant a Special Development Plan for 10.39 acres at the southwest corner of E. Arapaho Road and N. Grove Road. The plan would modify the development standards of the Collins/Arapaho Form-Based Code for a site currently zoned as a Planned Development within the Transit-Oriented Development and Innovation Station Area Sub-District.
