Rezone 7-acre Shiloh Road site from local retail to townhome planned development

Approved Zoning ZF 25-06

What this is

A public hearing and vote on changing the zoning of a roughly 7-acre parcel on the east side of Shiloh Road, north of E Renner Road, from LR-M(2) Local Retail to a Planned Development that allows RA-1100-M Residential Attached (townhome) uses. A concept plan would be adopted as part of the rezoning.

Why it matters

If approved, this change would allow townhomes to be built on land currently zoned for local retail, affecting the character and density of that neighborhood.
