Council interviews candidates for eight advisory boards and commissions
The city council will interview applicants seeking seats on the Animal Services Advisory Commission, Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee, Community Inclusion and Engagement Commission, Cultural Arts Commission, Library Board, Parks and Recreation Commission, Sign Control Board, and Tax Increment Financing Boards.
The volunteers chosen will help shape city policy on topics ranging from animal welfare and bike infrastructure to arts funding and tax-increment financing.
