Variance to allow angled lot lines for a townhome development at Renner Road and Red Moon Way
What this is
A developer is asking for a variance from the Subdivision and Development Code (Chapter 21) that normally requires side lot lines to be perpendicular or radial to street lines. The variance would allow non-standard lot angles needed to build a single-family attached (townhome) development at the northeast corner of Renner Road and Red Moon Way.
Why it matters
Approval would allow a townhome development to move forward at this corner; denial would require the developer to redesign the lot layout to meet standard rules.

Variance No. 25-01: flag lot and irregular lot lines at 300 Wista Vista Dr.
A property owner at 300 Wista Vista Dr. is requesting two variances from the city's subdivision rules: one to allow a flag-shaped lot and one to allow a lot whose side lines are not at right angles to the street. The roughly 0.27-acre site is west of Abrams Rd. on the south side of Wista Vista Dr., and the variances would enable construction of a new single-family home.
