Motion to appoint Pam Parmerlee as a full member to the Sign Control Board for an unexpired term ending December 1, 2023; to appoint Joseph Quirk as an alternate for an unexpired term ending December 1, 2022; and to appoint Jill Blevins as Vice-Chair for the remainder of her term
