Public hearing on drive-through restaurant on S. Central Expressway (ZF 21-17)
A property owner is asking to amend the West Spring Valley Planned Development and get a special permit to build a 2,800-square-foot restaurant with a drive-through on about 5.1 acres on the west side of S. Central Expressway, between S. Floyd Road and James Drive.
Approval would allow a new drive-through restaurant in this corridor, changing what is permitted on the roughly 5-acre site.

A property owner is requesting amendments to the West Spring Valley Planned Development and a special permit to build a two-story, 2,980-square-foot drive-through restaurant on 0.61 acres at the southwest corner of James Drive and S. Central Expressway, and a single-story, 5,152-square-foot coffee roaster/warehouse/office on 0.67 acres on the north side of James Drive, west of S. Central Expressway.
Approval would allow two new commercial buildings with a drive-through restaurant and a light-industrial coffee roasting facility in this planned development area.
