Special permit for a drive-through restaurant at 1230 E. Belt Line Rd (ZF 24-27)
A property owner is requesting a special permit to operate a restaurant with drive-through service on a 0.62-acre lot zoned LR-M(2) Local Retail at 1230 E. Belt Line Road, on the south side of Belt Line Road west of Plano Road.
Approval would allow drive-through restaurant operations at this Belt Line Road location, which could affect traffic and neighboring properties.

Discussion of the Aquatics Master Plan final draft
Council will review and discuss the final draft of the city's Aquatics Master Plan, which lays out the long-term vision for Richardson's public aquatics facilities and programming.
