Public hearing: allow micro-brewery/brewpub at 740 S. Central Expressway

A request to amend the existing West Spring Valley Planned Development for approximately 5.3 acres at 740 S. Central Expressway — between Floyd Road and James Drive on the west side of S. Central Expressway — to permit a micro-brewery or brewpub and update the development standards.

This change would allow a new brewery/brewpub business type in an existing planned development, potentially bringing new activity to that corridor.
