  Resolution supporting Hartman Promenade's Municipal Settings Designation application

  Resolution No. 20-06 expresses the city's support for Hartman Promenade LLC's application to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for a Municipal Settings Designation for property in and around the Promenade Shopping Center at 970 North Coit Road.

  City support is required for the applicant to obtain the designation, which limits groundwater cleanup requirements beneath that commercial property.

  The council will review and discuss a request for a Municipal Settings Designation for a commercial property located near Arapaho Road and Coit Road.

  A Municipal Settings Designation can limit how contaminated groundwater beneath a property must be cleaned up, which may affect long-term land use and environmental conditions near that site.
