Ordinance 4401: special development plan for indoor/outdoor soccer at 1251 & 1255 Digital Drive
This ordinance amends the zoning for 2.74 acres at 1251 and 1255 Digital Drive within the Collins Arapaho TOD & Innovation District Form Based Code to allow modified development standards and grants a special permit for an indoor soccer facility and outdoor soccer field.
