The amendment covers approximately 1,144 acres generally east of Central Expressway, bounded by Campbell Road to the north and Arapaho/Collins Boulevard to the south.
This change would open a large innovation district to commercial drone operations and maintenance facilities, potentially shaping the type of businesses that locate in that part of Richardson.
