Council continues a public hearing and considers adopting Ordinance No. 4444 to rezone a 13.03-acre tract between Waterview Parkway and President George Bush Highway, east of Frankford Road, from Technical Office and Planned Development to a new Planned Development. If approved, the site could include up to 511 apartment and live/work units, a limited-service hotel, and up to 19,000 square feet of retail.
This decision would allow hundreds of new housing units and retail space in the corridor near Bush Highway, shaping the density and character of that area for years to come.
